"I had an old doorbell but no chimes so I bought chimes and a transformer because I didn't know if the old one still worked. Cody Martin came out on 9/03/2020 and used my parts, He told me it would be $570.56. I thought it was very steep but I had no idea what was involved. He used MY parts never telling me they wouldn't be guaranteed. He told me he could not find my old transformer in the attic. My attic is very tall so getting around in it is not a problem. He hooked it up and left without seeing if the video worked. He only tested the chimes. About thirty minutes after he left the doorbell stopped working. The doorbell was dead as far as I could tell. I called and they sent Steven Laliberte out on 9/04/2020. He went up in the attic for about 10-15 minutes and came back down to tell me that there was power going to the transformer but none coming from the transformer .He said that the transformer was more than likely bad from the start. NOT LIKELY. He told me he could repair what Cody Martin charged me $570.56 that did NOT work for another $250.00. I said no. He left. do NOT use Mr Electric. They have NO integrity whatsoever."

"I had a new HVAC unit replaced on 4/15/2022 and I chose Complete Cool Air in Euless because it is a local, family-owned veteran business. I am very happy with the new efficient, quiet HVAC unit. The unit really packs a punch...I have the thermostat set as 82 degrees during the day, in this Texas heat! Alex arrived early morning (right on time) and the HVAC installation and removal of the old unit was completed finished by mid-afternoon. Alex had to trouble-shoot and adjust the bottom vent, it was skewed and he also stabilized the top air flow vent with a piece of wood because it was attached to only dry wall....nice!! Complete Cool Air has outstanding employees/technicians that take the time to explain the HVAC complexities, while performing their job and servicing the unit in the most extreme Texas heat. My unit was making noises and the A-coil froze up on 8/8/2023. I called Complete Cool Air and Paul (as always) returned my call within a half-hour and sent Don to my place within an hour! Don performed all the tests on the unit, found a defective part and returned the next day and replaced it. It is humbling watching/knowing these men are out in this extreme heat while providing quality service. I trust/respect this family-owned, veteran company... they go the extra mile and stand by all their service work with integrity. I really recommend purchasing the Complete Club Membership annually; it will save money on repairs, includes 2 visits a year to check the entire HVAC unit: components/electrical/freon levels and provide serious peace of mind at a decent price! Especially, for someone like myself with zero HVAC knowledge; this membership warranty helps protect my investment and assures me; if something does go wrong, Complete Cool Comfort in Euless is there to take care of the problem because this company does care about its' customers!!"
