"Beyond my expectation. 08/2020 I had the privilege of meeting Matt Wilson thru Angie's list last year after a very unpleasant experience with the precious a/c cooling company. No sooner did I complete the online information explaining my issues, I received an email from Matt stating he would come to the house that day to help (after 5pm). Matt was very professional and explained what he was doing the whole time, the house was cooling by the time he left (within an hour of him diagnosing the problem). 07/2021 Last nite I found the house was not cooling again and remembered Matt's exceptional service the 1st time, so I sent an email. He sent Bob to the house today. They make an awesome team. Bob was as cordial, kind and professional as Matt was. Problem was quickly found & resolved. To find a company your comfortable to work with and trust is hard to find. I would recommend At Your Service to anyone in need of a/c or heating service. This is definitely a FIVE STAR company. "A single phone call to Polar brought me to the Boss Paul . He asked me want I wanted, needed and the urgency. Just so happens my 83 yr old mother was home with heat in high eighties. I asked for more A/C than the home really needed. Paul explained to me why I didn t need the Cadillac of units. He was a pleasant Chap to work with and got his crew out on time to quote the job. Quote did not change when the bill came. Technicians were respectful and were done quickly leaving it as clean as when they arrived. Of course time will tell if the installation and equipment stand the test of time and SW Florida heat and humidity. So far, A Plus and I am hard to please !"

"I so appreciate constant contact with a company and their willingness to answer questions. Extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful from the owners to the installers and in between. I would like to particularly give a shout out to the 2 young men that installed both air conditions in the brutal heat and long hours. Super helpful, ,knowledgable, trustworthy , and friendly and cleaned up their mess!!!! I know if there is ever an issue I can call and they’ll help me resolve the problem promptly. "If anyone is considering using another company. DON'T. I called Conditioned Air, the following day the guy tells me all my duct work I'd bad and needed to be changed, he also told me my existing a/c was oversized and his quoted price was for a smaller unit. 3 days to do the job price $13000. My next call was to Comfort Air. The following day the guy tells me that the mixing boxes are to small and need to be replaced, he never mentioned going to a smaller unit but tells me the fan on my air handler is cavitating. Are we talking about a boat? 2 days to do the job. Price $ 10500. Called American mechanical I spoke to Kenny he had the warehouse manager Marshall arrange for Jerry the appraiser to be at my house same day, 2 hours later Jerry arrived looked at what had to be done. He said ductwork was fine, mixing boxes were fine and let's just say we had a good laugh about the fan cavitating. Price thousands less than both of the other idiots. Doug and Mike the installers were great, explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions, left my garage cleaner that it was. They installed my A/C as if they were working on their own house. They had to trim bushes to install my condenser they trimmed and cleaned up better than my landscapers . From start to finish the job was done first class. I don't usually write reviews but American mechanical deserves 10 stars. Being disabled I appreciate knowing that the job was done by honest people who were not looking to take advantage of me. Thank you all!!!"
