"I had a 30 year old HVAC unit. It was not broken but not enough to cool and warm, so I decide to replace it and looked for a company, My next door neighbor recommended Anderson for the work with his great experiences with Anderson. I also searched Angie?s List, and they had the best review, so I requested a price estimate. Joe from Anderson arrived on time and he was very nice, considerate, and professional with us. He explained very kindly to all of my questions. He provided the best estimates for both quality and price, looking at all registers, returns, house structures and exterior and the old HVAC, and even looked in the attic, which none of the other companies I contacted did. Despite our small attic size, he looked around and even offered to repair the broken duct system in the attic. It was very impressive. On the installation date, Joe showed up on time with the install crews The two technicians were very nice and courteous, and  very nice, clean and professional with their work, leaving little trace or hints of holes in the walls, etc. After a few days, Joe came back to explain what the crew had done, and made sure everything is ok, and helped me learn how to setting and use the new thermostats we got. He filled out all the rebate forms for me so I could get  the rebate money from duke and vectran very easilly. I really appreciate for his kind helps. With their help our cooling works much better, cools much faster, and works with less noise. I am very satisfied with the unit and their services and I will call them for my attic duct work and future servies.

"The technician that preformed the service(s), Austin C. (Plumbing Pro), with Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. Initially we were just looking for someone to change our kitchen faucet with one we had already purchased. We decided to go with Service Plus because of there good rating on Home Advisor. After Austin changed our kitchen faucet he spoke with us about there, Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, maintenance program. He explained that if we signed up for the maintenance program with them today, a free water heater flush & fill came with it. At least I believe it was free? I could be mistaken about that? We had been looking to change from our current heating/cooling/plumbing companies maintenance program to someone new because we were just not happy with them. So, it was perfect timing for us to make the change. While Austin was draining the water heater he noticed calcium & pieces of metal. He showed me the calcium & pieces of metal coming from my water heater while it was being drained, and also explained to me what the reason(s) for it was. Come to find out our water softener was not working properly which caused the problems with the water heater. We could have waited until the water heater actually stopped working, but decided to just change it now before it failed and we didn’t have any hot water. We also decided to replace our current water softener since it was not working properly and Austin noticed that there was no brand name or sticker from the original installers. For all we know, it could have been a used system sold to us as new. Either way, it wasn’t working properly so we had it replaced by Austin with Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. Needless to say, we highly recommend Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. & hopefully you will have Austin, or I’m sure any of there professionals, help you with your heating, cooling and/or plumbing needs."

"Had to have service on a holiday from a major leak on washer valves! Customer service was wonderful and felt bad I would not be able to wait 2 days for service as we had water all over! Tech was to be desired and immediately told me he could not do the repair as he could not move out washer which we said we would do it but than he said he might not have the valve needed which was the reason I gave customer service was the issue! He did end up fixing without us moving washer but a few hours later I realized no hot water which after speaking to original tech was able to fix myself. This cost a lot of money where I felt the tech was in a bad mood the entire time at our house even making a comment we needed to shut one of our dogs up! Probably would not use the plumbing part of Williams Comfort air in the future!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
