Some kind of canister near the compressor was not working,  so his many years of experience allowed him to fix the problem quickly. We tipped him $15 for coming so soon, with a GREAT attitude/demeanor and FIXED the unit quickly!

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Job was for electric water heater replacement. Northeast had the best price among the 3 contractors contacted. Service call was on time. He forgot to connect an overflow drain pipe to the temperature expansion valve on the water heater. I called, and he came back the next morning and installed it. Piping looked sloppy and unprofessional due to him using stainless steel braided inlets to water heater instead of copper pipes. However, everything functions properly."
