We prepaid Best Buy's Geek Squad to installed them but their electrician was not able to install them properly. The job was abandoned by Geek Squad leaving some HVAC wiring mixed up and at least one wire was not connected properly. Jaleel Porter was courteous and has represented his company extremely well. He came wearing protective mask and shoe coverage. He was knowledgeable about the product that he installed. He was also informative about any general and specific HVAC questions and maintenance issues. Moreover, he was also punctual and cordial in communicating how the service works. He was also patient and helpful in teaching us the settings and operations of the system using our apps. He did not leave the premises until everything was functioning properly.
