"Today Rescue Air Heating & Cooling sent Mr. Zac Schmitt to replace two Lennox S30 iComfort thermostats/hubs with S40 thermostats on Lennox recall. Mr. Zac Schmitt and Rescue Air are superb professional experts and this is not surprising considering my past experiences with Team Rescue Air. Zac has outstanding superior advanced technical understanding of these complex systems including my one system with complex iHarmony zoning features. He made wiring improvements to prevent irregularities and glitches in the future. Zac re-programmed the new S40s to balance, match what we had, and what we needed, all this with superb effectiveness, efficiency, patience, listening skills sets, and kindness. "It was a pleasant change to get a repairman who knew how to repair it! They are the 4th company I tried. None of the others knew how to actually fix a heating system. They could sell you a "cleaning" or a new system, but actually repair it ? Nope. So I was very happy with Arman and would absolutely use them again."
