"I had a covered porch added to the back of the house, the owner and the crew were very professional throughout the entire process. We made a few changes here and there, the final project was is beautiful from the wood ceiling to the brick walls and pillars. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to improve the value, look of their home. We enjoy sitting on the awesome patio every day. "We bought our house last winter, and were hesitant to use the fireplace until it was inspected. I called A Cheaper Chimney Sweeper and Lee DePalma, the owner, came out within a couple days during peak season. He was careful to remove his shoes and place drop cloths to avoid making our house messy. He brushed out the fllue, inspected it's operation, and gave us several tips for maintenance. He had anthoer gentleman with him who looked at our exterior chimney. It was complete within 30 minutes. Overall, he was a very pleasant person and I will definately contact him beofre next fall for another cleaning.

After speaking to 3 different companies, we went ahead with D& S masonary...Sean was the reason we chose this place. Not only is he personable, but also very professional . He tried his best to keep our budget on track and delivered a great service. His team was also very courteous and professional. I have to mention Greg who completed the odd ends exactly per our liking. Also, since this project was done in the middle of winter, there were days which were completely snowed in but these guys made sure they came to finish their work. "In the process, he discovered my 35 year old gas hardware (hadn't been used in 10 or more years) had a slight leak and was no longer in accord with modern building codes. I inquired as to what would be needed to make the installation safe and to code. He talked me through the process and gave me a quote. After contacting other gas log dealers, I discovered the Dr. Sweep quote was very competitive. I called and asked the tech to return and upgrade my installation. The catch was, I needed it in just a few days so all would be ready when my daughter and her family arrived from out of town. The tech and the company went out of their way to make it happen and all was ready as requested."

"Good. Returned call same day and out to the house as scheduled. Due to busy fall schedule it took a couple weeks to get plan which I knew in advance. Only reason I gave B instead of A for quality was that they don’t use a software program and draw it out instead. Not a big deal and will contact them in Spring to get cost of landscaping."

"Rob and Zach were AWESOME! Very professional and courteous. OUTSTANDING work! My wife and I are thrilled with our new Master Bathroom. The job consisted of totally ripping out everthing and building from a design I provided (with numerous recommendations and changes from Rob and Zach based on their experience!). The job included new Thomasville cabinets with a granite countertop and two undermounted sinks, a 72" x 36" jetted tub (11 jets) surrounded by porcelain tile, a high profile toilet, new lighting/ventilation/plumbing, porcelain tiled floors, and best of all, an AWESOME porcelain-walled walk-in shower with accents, bench, body sprays, adjustable mount hand-held shower massage and wall-mounted shower head (all Kohler products) with a massive euroglass entrance!
Throughout the project, Rob and Zach took the time to explain what they did, what they were doing and what they were going to do... in easy to understand terms.
The only thing I would have preferred would be more up-front project planning. I believe the job turned out to be bigger than expected due to a lack of project planning, which impacted the time and amount of money required to do the job... that being said though, it was well worth the cost and the wait as I was flexible on the time and they were flexible on the payments above the original price quoted.
Thanks Rob and Zach for the FANTASTIC work! I look forward to working with you again when its time to remodel the kitchen!! I have already recommended you to others and will continue to do so!!

"Terry, Art and Doug did a great job.  They were hired to do the plumbing work related to getting a new kitchen sink and countertops. I had BIG issues with the sink itself - granite composite - the first 3 were cracked or broke upon install (not related at all to the work I hired Terry for).  Switched to stainless (3 strikes, composite is out!).  Terry was very gracious on having to reschedule multiple times because of this.  The work they did was done well and they did a great job cleaning up after everything was completed.  Pleasant and professional.
