"Whatever controlled our dishwasher door snapped, and the door starting falling down with its full weight. Look out, shins! When we called Rob to explain the problem, he immediately knew what had gone wrong and ordered the parts (arrived yesterday). Rob came today, undid the bottom panel so he could access the problem, and asked if he could borrow my vacuum cleaner: he spent ten minutes getting any dust, etc. out from the deep recesses of the dishwasher cabinet.
