"The arrival time agreed on meant very little, and communication about arrival time changes was none.  The tech arrived at her house 30 min-an hour earlier than agreed on for a morning job.  She wasn't going to work anyway, so it turned out OK.  She was happy with the work they did for her.  I think they might have replaced some wheels on her door, but maybe just adjusted and oiled things.

"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."

"So it went well.  He was courteous, helpful, let me know what I initially wanted was not really necessary, and he let me know when something was out of his expertise.  So I had no problem with the work.  The only problem I did have is with a follow-up for a door replacement estimate.  I never received the requested estimate, and have asked a couple of times.

"This work went extremely well from start to finish.  I originally contracted with Blue Diamond to remodel the two bathrooms, but as time went on I kept adding new, smaller projects.  The work was almost always done correctly the first time, and when there was an occasional small correction to be made, it was done quickly and right.  The president of the company, Richard, was extremely helpful in the design of the bathroom remodeling--seemed to know exactly what I was hoping to achieve and exactly how to achieve it.   The project manager, Maxwell, was a delight to work with.  He was always pleasant, thorough, and professional, following up on every part of the projects and quickly answering all emails, texts, and phone calls.  In addition, the entire remodeling team was professional, polite, and courteous.  They completed the two bathrooms on schedule and worked on the other projects as their time was available.  The projects were also completed on budget and on time.
I had another Angie's List company remodel the master bath in my previous home in 2014, and their work was not nearly as reliable and they did not stay in touch nearly as well.  It was even difficult to know who the project manager actually was.  Since I had had the previous somewhat negative experience, I am delighted to find a company that is so professional and reliable.  My bathrooms are lovely and all of the other work done by Blue Diamond was of the highest quality--I would be happy to work with them again.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
