"NextDay Inspect did a great job with my new construction home inspection. Being that the builder doesn't allow the homeowner to be the pre-settlement inspection (weirdest thing ever) I really depended on Michael from NextDay Inspect to be my eyes for the inspection. He was able to provide a detailed report with photos and suggestions. NextDay Inspect was also able to conduct a radon test on the same day after already completing the inspection. Everyone I spoke with at NextDay Inspect was very polite and easy to work with."

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. We discovered mold in our ceiling when I was 8 months pregnant and had a long list of house projects piling up, so the discovery of mold in our ceiling didnâ t come at an ideal time since we were very pressed for time to get everything done. They sent a tech out the same day I called to test for mold spores. Before they tear anything out you get a pretty good idea of how significant the problem is from the spore test that they do. They use a third party lab and you get a very comprehensive and complete report that details exactly how much and what type of mold spores are in the air. Once the report came back positive, they had a team out the very next work day who worked incredibly hard to get our job done faster than I even thought possible. I think the value is very much worth it and I can rest easy knowing this hidden problem is now taken care of in our house."
