When I ordered the door Charles made it clear it would take a while to get the door delivered due to supply chain challenges during the pandemic, but my current door was such a mess it wouldn’t open at all so, at no additional charge, he replaced the springs on the spot with a temporary set and had the door operating perfectly until the new door arrived.
