He looked at the entire system and agreed with the first provider that our system needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote which included everything—tax, installation, etc. I agreed to their price. The techs came out when they said they would, and the job took the amount of time they said it would. All in all, it was a very satisfactory process. I would definitely use CARE again."

"John was prompt and courteous. He was diligent and careful about his work which I appreciated. Our documentation did not show the codes the unit was showing. John ordered and replaced the unit and then researched the codes. When the new unit proved not o be the issue, he refunded the cost and worked through the documentation he found (not easily provided by the manufacturer). The unit is now working perfectly and we will definitely contact John for any future servicing required."

"Had no problem setting up the appointment. They arrived on time. The two service persons were friendly and professional. They put in a long day (9 to 6) and did a great job. They also took the time to make sure floors and rugs were not soiled during the clean up. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. They also checked to make sure all the dampers were open and all the ductwork was connected properly. I would recommend to others or use them again in the future.

"It went well. The only thing that I did not understand, was the extra $38 for the cleaning of the flame sensor. The deal said it was included in the original cost of the deal: "verify line voltage; low voltage; micro amps of flame sensor; clean if below 2.0". If there are going to be embedded charges, they should be specified in the wording of the deal. As a result, the $39 tune up costed $77.
