Rojos Flooring was on schedule, kept the interior clean, helped with disassembling and reassembling a bed frame and hanging doors to work on furnished rooms, did not cut corners on installation (one room needed a 2 days process to level the sub-flooring), returned to finish the 2 day job on a Saturday, offered competitive pricing."

In August or September, I noticed some algae or some stain growing on the roof. They sent an employee out in October to discuss a remediation plan.
