"I reached out to Mike at the advice of a colleague of his. He was very responsive and ordered my original request for windows. He had his crew install my double window for my main bedroom. They came in did the work, and were fast. It corrected a major wind draft and made the inside/outside much better. After that I had them come in and replace my 3 panel sliding back door. This  took them a long time. First order was incorrect and they had to reorder the door. The came back with the correct one a few weeks later and installed it. I had quite a few issues and they had a tough install. I had a bow in the frame they had to over come. Than due to the way the original door was installed, the j-channel screws had pieced under the siding. We had several down pours and flooded my hardwood. I was quick to catch it, and it did no damage. It happened 3 times, each time they came out and tried to find it. The 3rd time is where they found the holes from the Screws the J-channel had. I wish we had caught it sooner, but the point was they kept coming back to make it right.  I still need some caulking work done on the top, but i just have not had time to address.
I finally reached back out to Mike again to get the last window I need. I gave him the go, and he has since ordered it. I would use them again in the future.

"Dan's son came out the day I called to give me an estimate and from there an appointment was scheduled within the same week. Dan came and repaired/re-caulked the flooring at my front door where it had curled up and did the same in the hall bath upstairs. He also re-glued a seam in the half bath where the linoleum was separating due to age and wear. In addition, he stripped, cleaned, and re-caulked the shower. The job was billed at the estimated amount and was completed in the time estimated as well. Dan and his son were both very professional and competent. Dan also gave me the dimensions for the spaces that will likely need the flooring replace in the next few years and gave me some great advice for looking into flooring purchases. I will call him when it's time to have the floors replaced."
