"Dillon was the scheduler and very professionally, let me know all the steps that would happen. He then called when the technician was running late because jobs were taking a bit longer. That was good news to me because it meant to me that the technician was not just going in and putting band-aids on the heating systems but taking the time to fix them. When the technician arrived, he came in with his backpack toolbox, which made me feel like he knew what he was doing (when they come in with nothing in hand, it makes me think they do not know what they are doing). Jared was the technician, and he is professional, he has had the training and experience and uses gages to troubleshoot. He got directly to the problem, focused on it, and fixed it. Absolutely the best experience with a furnace repair person. And the cost, the upfront right from the beginning, and had no curveballs thrown, it was the fairest pricing I have seen on heating repairs. Thank you so much, guys. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Matt Crandall provided exceptional service from the 1st call to the installation of the water heater and boiler that was able to install the following day. When there was an issue with the water heater he came right out to see what the problem was and replaced a faulty part. No issues or problems since. This was not a planned installation and I would not wish for anyone to have to deal with the stress on this level but If you do he is someone to call. I waited to write this review so I could make sure he stands by his work and continued to provide the same exceptional service if any issues arise which he did. After dealing with the first contractor, I only wish he was my first call and not the second."

Miles looked down in my basement to see where the problem started and advised me of the price, which was very fair, and said it should be done before next winter but there was no rush. I will call to have them repair the problem before winter. They were very honest and extremely thorough. I have a big family of siblings and they have spread the word about Stream.
