"Excellent experience from the start. The owner, Steve, took my initial call and took time to explain the entire process for cleaning the ducts. I have lived in my home for 16 years, I own pets and have never had this service before. Steve assured me that this service would make a difference in the hvac in my house. They scheduled me for a convenient date with a window for the service to start of about 2 hours. The day of the service, Jason and Lee called to let me know they were running early on their schedule and they were actually able to come to my house a little early.  They were professional and friendly. After a brief tour of the house to identify all the ducts and cold air returns and the furnace, they started right away. It was a rainy day, but they made sure not to track dirt or mud into the house and even wiped up the area around the door before they left. They took the time to explain all the process and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. The cost for the service was exactly as quoted. No hidden charges or surprises. The whole process took a couple of hours. Because Steve did such a good job explaining what was going to happen on the initial call, I felt totally prepared for the work.

"My wife and I attended a presentation by James Manfield, the owner of GreenForce.  We were impressed with company product and Jame's punctuality, professionalism and honesty.  We decided to hire his company to add insulation to attic of my in-laws house.  The installers came on time and over 9 hours managed to complete 95% of the job.  The installers were polite, professional and clean.  The subsequent installers came next day and completed the job.  We are very pleased with James and the service provided by his company. "There was confusion with my insurance company.  First they sent Calloway and then realized he was not an authorized provider for their company and referred me to someone else.  Calloway and the new provider had different opinions about how much work needed to be done.  I went with the provider my insurance company recommended, as others who looked at the job also felt the extensive repair that Calloway was going to do was not needed, plus my insurance company would honor a 5 year warrenty if I used the company they recommended.  Calloway was pretty aggressive and offered to match both their price and their warrenty, but by then I felt like there was more tension between Calloway and my insurance adjuster than I wanted to deal with.

"He arrived on time as promised and was professional and very helpful. I didn't have the supplies ready ahead of time because I was not sure what could be done with the closets. ?Don? went and purchased the supplies he thought he would need and offered to return what he didn't use or I could keep for future projects. The work was much more difficult than he expected and so it took a little longer than anticipated, but what woodworking project doesn't? I was very please with the completed work and would definitely hire him again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
