"The whole house could hear the vibration when our two year old Tran xv20i heat pump was at 67% work load. It seems the issue started from day one it was installed. Tried to reach out the installer but they went under. In June, I called McCrea. Mark Dzbynski came over, carefully checked everything and then concluded that refrigerant was not charged to the correct capacity. He explained that our system line is longer than usually and additional refrigerant is needed to compensate the length. He carefully calculated and addded the correct amount based on the temperate & length. From June and Oct, the vigration never came back. No one can tell when the system is on because it works so quietly. I really appraicate the work done by Mark and his work ethinics. Very pleased!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"After installation I haven't called them yet. J has a very good attention to detail, very thorough with his work, he was very honest, and the price i got was very competitive. He did a very good job, everything was just done great. He is one man job, and gets slammed sometimes. I wouldn't go to anyone else except JM Hamby for any air conditioning service."

"Unfortunately there was some additional work that needed to be done to fit the humidifier to our heating system. But Thor put together a good plan and gave us a reasonable quote for the additional work needed. The only negative was that they didn't patch up the holes they made in the drywall when they re-ran the water line. That would have been preferable. But overall, I'm pleased with their professionalism and end work product. I will definitely be calling them again for future work."

"This all started with a request for an estimate for power washing an exterior fence and front and rear decks as well as gutters. Wayne and Earl came to pressure wash our decks and outdoor fence and gutters, and get the surfaces ready to paint. We are more than pleased with the work done, but wait there is more. During the time that Ease was onsite, days before a holiday weekend, our HVAC lost it's cool so to speak. Not to fear because they also specialize in HVAC services, so they were able to rectify the problem and advise us what to do going forward. I think we may have found a go to HVAC and Handyman company that not only does quality work but is also local for us, a win-win in our minds. "New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"I had them for 2 or 3 years. It's an insurance that you pay $30.00 or $40.00 a month. If you have any problems, you call, and they send somebody out to do the work. They charge you monthly. No matter what the problem is, the guy that comes out charges you $60.00. Weather he has to replace you refrigerator or water heater or what ever, he only charges $60.00. If it's your refrigerator, that is what they work on. If it's heating and air conditioning, that is what they work on. I don't know where they get their list of people to do their work, but the people agreed to only charge $60.00. I guess they pay them something, I don't know. Over all it's comforting to know that you have somebody  you can make one phone call to for several different things that might be wrong. It's kind of warming to know that you have that kind of service to back you up."
