Their field manager Norm stopped by my home on more than one occasion and helped me think thru my planned layout, define the right materials and ensure everything met state and federal codes. On the day the work was completed, Chris K and Julius arrived right on time and worked well into the early evening to get the job done. There work was immaculate and they took the time throughout the day to answer any questions I had. Can't thank them enough for the great work. When the city of Apex inspector came by to perform the final inspection, he looked around and within 60 seconds turned to me and said, "Wow, this is perfect!" to which I agreed wholeheartedly. "Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "If you want a contractor who will pay attention to problems/defects from previous repairs (or original construction), bring these to your attention and correct the problem, then Cyril is the guy for you.  
Was the final cost higher than the estimate?  Yes, but only because he discovered problems with the original construction to my attention and provided suggestions to resolve.  When you find that the posts that hold up a deck 20+ feet high are sitting on dirt or a scrap of 2x10 with no concrete support, that's something I want to know and fix.  The final cost was reasonable, given the extra work I authorized Cyril to complete in order to ensure the safety of my family and guest.  Cyril always let me know what he had found, including pictures to document (I wasn't on site) and didn't perform extra work without permission.
I think he did a fabulous job.  We are very pleased with the work and the finished result.  
I will definitely use Cyril again.

"Part of my disappointment with this provider may have been my overly high expectations, as I purchased a "Big Deal" coupon thinking this was for a whole house ductwork cleaning (after a kitchen renovation), which I have had done before by several other firms (usually costing about $350), and this was only to vacuum out the individual vents in each room -- only about 6 inches deep, which we regularly do when we vacuum, plus they vacuumed out the furnace box, which we do and my HVAC firm does each spring and fall, and it does not get very dirty since I have an electronic air cleaner and use special filters which I change regularly.
I also felt this firm used this opportunity to try and sell me more services (they wanted to disassemble my entire furnace box and electrical connections at that time to "clean it better" for several hundred dollars more, and I have had my HVAC firm for 30 years and they never tried to do something like that (they have always commented on how clean it was in there), plus this furnace was only 5 years old).
The work they did was OK, but the floor vents and furnace box were not that dirty.
