"I had hired Universal to replace the heat pump on my residence. When my son bought a house and renovated, we had agreed to replace the heat pump for him. Because my personal experience was so positive I contacted Universal Heating. They did a fabulous job not only installing the furnace/heat pump, but they reran & connected new ducts throughout the house. This has made such a difference in not only the comfort of the house, but also reduced the electrical bill. My son reported that they were quite professional and he is more than pleased with the work they did. Considering how difficult it must have been to replace some of the venting runs, it was an excellent experience. I would recommend this company."

"I had a couple of estimates and Rock Solid Masonry was significantly less than the other. Maybe the other company planned to do a more comprehensive repair, but I was pleased that Rock Solid Masonry saw the need as I did, a touch up rather than an overhaul, with a price that worked. Communication was great. When I had a question, Alex was very responsive. While they were out, I asked them to look at some small patios I have in back that the landscapers had edged with cement. The cement was unsightly, and turned out wasn't really holding anything. They removed the cement (they literally just had to pick it up), and replaced it with heavy duty edging. Looks much better."
