"Great experience getting windows installed by American Home Renewal. First contact was 6 months ago. I slept on it for a few months and got some other quotes. Chris was friendly as a sales man, Gave me a competitive price and some pointers on fiberglass vs vinyl. I went with Vinyl. Alex was the installer and was very detailed in explaining the install process. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me tips on how to do a proper install. We did a mix of new construction and retrofit. we added window casings and he was very thorough and asked multiple questions on how I wanted the casings to look. only hiccup was one of the windows was ordered wrong. we couldn't determine where the mixup occurred but they immediately took full ownership and reordered me a new window to the specs I wanted. I would highly recommend."

"Overall it went smoothly without major hitches. There we some delays in getting the windows delivered but that was not on the company. I also did not negotiate to paint the exterior window frames which would have been easy to do at the time of installation. Because it is a second story unit I had to pay someone to do this after the windows were installed. But besides that it was a good experience and was done without issues and it was on time. Their price was competitive. The folks who did the work and the estimates were friendly and professional and the quality of work was excellent."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. "Things went amazingly well (and not just because I have low expectations of most contractors in South Florida!) Paul is a hard worker with an artisan's eye for detail and pride in his work. His recommendations were always on target thereby avoiding expensive mistakes. If something didn't come out right, he did it over again on his own without charging extra. After tiling (bathroom or floor), he will replace tiles that don't blend in well without charge. He replaced one of them twice (with a smile.) He even moved the plumbing after the tile was done to make sure that the shower hose wouldn't get hung up on the shower control, again without charge. He is also a magician with doors, and fixed a botched Home Depot installation in about 10 minutes. I've never had a better experience with a contractor. Everything comes out great and no matter what you ask for, you'll get his standard response of "It's all good." Hire him if you can!"

"They did a good job overall but there were minor things (but important to me) that they didn't do or pay attention to: The entry area to my front door had stuff that they hosed down all over the place; there were watermarks on a couple of the walls they didn't wipe away. They also missed a few spots with painting and texturing and a couple of areas were textured poorly. The Front office rectified the situation by scheduling time for someone to come back to fix them (twice) but in my mind, that never should have happened regardless of how willing they are at coming back. There were 2 different crews for both days, which I didn't know and wouldn't care except the first crew didn't tell the second crew to put back certain things (closet doors, which furniture to move back where). A+ to the front office and a C to the field crews."
