I called them again this morning because the overflow tank was leaking water--today is a Saturday after a snowstorm--and Dave and his crew came out a few hours later and repaired the entire thing. (A serious and complicated job.) I'm grateful for the speed and professionalism Dawson Mechanical Contracting showed. My heat is working again, and the price was fair. "We found VIP HVAC using HomeAdvisor. Based on the high review feedback number we hired them to replace our furnace and the AC unit. We ran out of heat on a cold day in February. The contractor came on a very short notice. He was a subject matter expert on heating/cooling and explained all the options. He gave us a quote that was unbeatable. He also rescheduled multiple times to accommodate our schedule. On the appointed day, they came right on time even though roads were closed due to slippery conditions. Our heat furnace and AC were replaced. As a bonus he changed the fixture on the furnace unit to install a new compensating pump and a air filter enclosure that was easy to access at no cost.
