"Bought the Big Deal HVAC & Heating inspection to have the system checked. Supreme Air reached out the next day to schedule and was able to fit us in the same week. Chris called 30 minutes prior to arrival and within the scheduled window. Without having to ask, used shoe booties. Chris inspected and checked both systems along with inside & outside equipment. Spotted several small issues along with identifying the AC having low R-22. Was provided a quote for the repairs and notified they could complete the same day. There was an immediate difference in the cooling. Cannot say thank you enough. Chris is awesome."

"After signing a contract on a Monday for a specific brand of heat pump they texted me Thursday morning, 24 hours prior to installation to announce they were changing the brand being installed. After a number of calls I had to agree to a substitute brand. Otherwise they told me it would be 4 weeks to get the original brand."

"They were very receptive to accommodating my short timeline (only 3 days before going on two week trip) and was able to schedule me for the following day with no hassle. Jason was very professional, he called to let me know he was on his way so I did not have to wonder if I should sit and wait or go about doing my chores."

"Mr. Bost did an excellent job for me for a reasonable price. I know he obtained the best deal for me on the furnace and the air conditioning unit. He answered all my questions. He was on the job when he said he would be; he was professional and courteous. The installation went smoothly, and I have had no problem with the furnace or air conditioner since they were installed in 2008."

"I had a high efficacy heat pump system installed by ARS 11/2 ago. I am used to gas furnace so understanding how heat pump works is an education. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition. They did leave a card and said if I see anytjing that look unusual please give them a call asap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable."

"Did a good job installing a 1.5 ton heat pump in 2017. Decent price."

"We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day. I called several companies, only to be told it would be a day or two before they could service our system. I was on the verge of sending everyone home, because the fans I purchased, just weren't doing the trick. Then, I called Paramount. Alan was at our offices within the hour. He determined it was a fan motor, and after a short trip to his office, had the new fan in hand. He also recommended replacement of a capacitor that he deemed to be on it's last leg. I figured he'd have to run to his shop again to get that, but he showed me a Full Stock of parts he had in his van. I'm in the Service Industry, and I have to admit I was impressed how stocked and organized his truck was. I was expecting a high bill, due to the response time and having to run back to his shop for fan. I was somewhat shocked how reasonable the bill was, and even added a little extra! Alan stayed around for a short time afterwards, and gave me some tips on what to do to keep my AC unit running efficiently. We have recommended Paramount to several companies and friends since this time, and they all have been pleased. We found our permanent Heating and Air company, and highly recommend Paramount to all. Thanks Again Paramount, and especially Alan, for doing a Great and Professional job! Russell with DTS Communications in Nottingham"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience! He repaired my heat pump quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he fixed it. The repair was done efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. It’s hard to find someone who is honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work, but he definitely does. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC repairs or service!"
