"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"I contacted Unique Indoor Comfort, among others, to obtain a proposal for replacement of my furnace and air conditioning system. Unique took measurements off all the rooms (for sizing calculations), answered all my questions, and provided me with a written proposal with several system options ranging in cost. Some other contractors that had estimated this job had failed to either take measurements or provide a detailed written proposal. Although Unique did not have the cheapest proposal for this work, I felt most comfortable choosing Unique for the job because of their professional approach to the work, their ability to answer my questions, and their well-detailed proposal. The installation took one day. The contractors wore booties and put down cloths to keep my carpet clean when moving equipment. The installation went well, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. The only issue I had was that the installation team forgot to install an upgraded piece of duct work. This duct piece only affected the efficiency of the system, not the operation, but it was included in the contract and touted by Unique as a benefit of their installation. After I noticed this and contacted Unique, they apologized and sent someone to install the upgrade within a few days. Overall, I am very satisfied with the system and the installation."

I contacted a couple of the larger A/C contractors and they all came in around the same price while using different manufacturers and in some cases even different sized systems. I found an ad for Green Heating and called Dan who quickly scheduled a visit. I liked Dan from the start. He's down to earth and personable. "Had a problem with my dryer and when the repair tech showed up he told me it was a vent issue and recommended Murphy's. They scheduled me up within a few days, confirmed, arrived on time, and finished up within and hour or so. They not only cleaned out my dryer vent, they repaired it in a way I would not have been able to and gave my wife and I some tips we were unaware of that will save the life of our dryer in the long-term. "Our central air stopped working mid-Summer 2018, at the time, strapped for money and in need of a simple fix, Nelson stopped over and offered a ($300) stopgap solution to our 18 year old HVAC system. At the time he examined the system in its entirety and let us know that if was only a matter of time and to start thinking about making the investment toward a system replacement. FFWD to today, we hired Nelson and his team in Spring 2019 to replace our entire central air system. Nelson provided several options, as well an in-depth description of each. Ultimately we decided, while fairly expensive, to go with a higher rated system that would provide our family with a reliable system for many years. Nelson clearly understands the financial commitment that homeowners are making when confronted with these HVAC decisions, so he and his team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is in the know, and that the job is done right. No short cuts were taken on this project, in fact they cleaned up some shortcuts that were clearly taken by the prior installers many years ago. My family an I highly recommend Vegas HVAC. We will use them going forward for all of our HVAC needs."

" I called about 1 pm and he was here, at work, by 5pm!  I have used his services before and I knew he would do an excellent job on a complicated task, but I did not expect immediate service!
He blew out and vacuumed the duct.  He cleaned up all the lint and mess.  Once again, he was extremely pleasant and competently professional.  He tested the dryer and unfortunately, the thermostat apparently had been ruined by a high interior heat.  I will have to call Mr. Tim,  excellent appliance repairman.
Before we began with Keystone, we had been plagued by birds nesting in the dryer vent. The last time he was here, he installed a sturdy cage over the opening and we were pleased to see that no birds had invaded the duct.
He finished the job promptly and noted on the statement that the vent should be cleaned every year.  Now I know just how accurate his prediction is and I will try to get the call in before the dryer has suffered damage.
 I am so pleased with his work, his attitude and his pleasant manner that I can recommend him without reservation   I will continue to rely on his service.

"I called several different vendors to get pricing estimates on replacing my HVAC system.  I shopped for a high efficiency unit for the 2 stage variable heating unit and replacement of our 6 ton AC unit which was all rated at around 9 SEER from the 1990s.  Our air conditioning went out in early August and I didn't want to rush and sign up with the first. 
I first interviewed Horizon and they were the most expensive starting around $15K.  The guy was very nice and then asked what my price was to replace the entire unit. I felt that was unfair and told him I needed to interview several others before making a decision and I am glad I did that.  Green Electric was around $13K for a comparably same unit. Next was Climac for a Trane Unit and they were just under $10K. Christian Plumbing didnt seem that I needed the high efficiency and was going to do the regular for around $10.5K and no real written estimate as I had to take a picture of what he wrote down (dissappointing). Lastly was Omni Heating & Cooling, which I called on a whim since I wasn't sure if Climac was going to come out because of a scheduling issue.  Karis was great and walked thru all the options and prices.  I received a very nice Bryant system for a very reasonable cost.  My home cools very quickly again and I am very satisfied with the work they did. I did have to replace some sheetrock in the basement ceiling, but well worth the cost savings compated with the other vendors.
