Jeff, the company owner, and his team recently replaced my very old home heating system with a high-efficiency boiler. I placed a request through Home Advisor and received a call back from Jeff the very next morning. Jeff was at the house that evening and spent an hour or more with me explaining my options in detail and answering all of my questions. I inherently knew, from that meeting, that I was dealing with an honest guy. He spoke with pride about his family and that his wife and boys are key to the success of the business. I expressed to Jeff that I was concerned about the safety of my current furnace and wanted to get it done as soon as possible. They made room in their busy schedule and were at my home, ready to go, within a few days. They were clean, neat and caused very little disturbance to me and my family during the install. Jeff and the guys were friendly, polite and conscientious. When the job was done, Jeff took the time to educate us on how the the system works and what to look for. Sandy runs the office and was very helpful with the entire processâ ¦.from scheduling the initial appointment to getting the contract together to helping me through the rebate process. Top notch service. It was just a great experience from beginning to end. You cannot go wrong hiring these guys. They are the best."

"In January, Jeff came to service my boiler, which had been shutting off randomly and required several resets. He broke the bad news that the boiler would need to be replaced relatively soon, but understood my need to plan for it and was helpful in providing information without "mansplaining." He talked through options and answered questions. When I was ready, I didn't hesitate to go with Jeff and crew for the replacement job. The quote was fair and I trusted him and his team to do right by me for such a big investment in my home. The system that was installed is practically a work of art! They even tucked the new water heater around the corner from the original spot, creating more space in the main walkway area of the basement. They were communicative, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. It's been 3 months and the new system seems to be working beautifully. "Went very well. He was very responsive, came quickly, and was profession and fully prepared for the job. I found that the disposal had a slow leak the night before, called the next morning and described the issue. He fit me in within a few hours and arrived with a replacement disposal in case mine could not be repaired. He showed me how the old one corroded, why it couldn't be fixed and then replaced it. He also checked out another faucet that turned out not to need repair, but was kind enough to clear a partially the sink in the process. The new disposal works great. I would call him again if I have a plumbing issue."

His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"The installers were great - Job took appx 2.5 days to complete including removing old Boiler and Flu vent. 128 Temporarily installed a portable electric water heater while they were doing the work so no Interruption in hot water at all. Workers were very clean - no mess anywhere in my basement or house. 128 Also got us 0% financing for 7 years and did a great job getting thru the Mass Save Rebate process. With the financing 128 arranged I had little or no out of pocket expense for this job."
