"Truthfully, we had angst about calling for service because of past experience with other HVAC vendors. They always said the same thing, our system is "old" and we need a new one. Very expensive! We called for service, not a hard sell! Hence, we never used the same one twice. "We have an annual maintenance contract with Bell Brothers.  It costs $11.95 per month.  Twice a year Bell Brothers initiates a reminder call that is time for our service.  They set the appointment, call the day before to remind us, and the service person calls about half an hour before arriving to let you know they are on their way.
They did our service today.  The service representative was prompt, courteous, efficient.  He put booties on his shoes when in the house.  He cleaned the air filters, did the maintenance, and was on his way.  The main office called a few hours to followup on the service call to be certain we had no questions and were satisfied with the call.
We bought our furnace and air conditioning unit from Bell Brothers over 9 years ago.  We have annual maintenance twice a year.  We have never had any problems with the company, the personnel, or the service.  I would recommend Bell Brothers to anyone looking for a new unit or for great service on an existing unit.  I cannot say enough about what a great company they are to work with!

"Air conditioning in one zone stopped working over very hot weekend.  Called three companies to get a quote on possibly replacing both zones before I spent money on repairing a 17+ year old unit.
Diamond was the first company with availability.  Before they came over to give a quote, Bob called to ask me a few questions about the nature of the problem.  He speculated over the phone of what the problem might be and what the cost of fixing it would be.
He arrived for the appointment at the appointed time and proceeded immediately to fix the unit while talking to me about an estimate to replace both zones (2 systems).  He spent extra time hunting down an electrical connection issue in the unit and when done, checked out the flow readings of the system.
$258 dollars fixed the problem.  Since I had scheduled him for a quote, he offered to remove the new part that he had just installed or I could leave it in and if I decided to buy a new system, they would credit the repair of this unit back against it.  I elected to have him leave the fix in place.
Bob quoted me an exceptionally good price per unit for a quality Lennox system.  In fact a competitor who came the following day said that he wanted to see a copy of a written quote because Diamond's price was too good.
Although I've decided for the time being to not replace both systems, I would select Diamond Heating and Air in a second!
