Once the door was ready the installation was setup quickly. The installation guys arrived promptly, worked hard, were very polite and did a complete clean up when they were done. My door looks great and I’m very satisfied."

"Prior to coming, he requested pics of what I needed. When he came he refused to address my front door locks, or the security door locks as not being necessary. The back door security he took apart and left a tiny piece inside which rendered the lock ineffective. He had to come back to correct this.He was more interested in charging me for a new lock, from the beg`inning, not to mention he did too much talking. He did not consider the discount relevent. As of today 9/13/2018 the lock is not working."

"Master Window replaced a rotten wood window in my master bedroom. The technician, Miquel, who performed the work was very experienced and knowledgeable. After removing the old window, he had to replace a piece of new wood in the frame. After, installing the new wood window, he also did some caulking around the frame. The work was expertly done. He made sure that the cleanup was done properly, taking away the old window and vacuuming all the dirt and debris. Also, the Staff in the office was very polite and helpful. I would definitely use Master Window Repair again and I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Ricardo and his crew did an overall good job with my floor project. What I needed done was sanding and staining about 1200 sf of a wood floor (about 500 sf was an old floor, 700 sf was a brand new unstained floor, and a 14 step staircase). A challenge on the old floor was areas where repair were needed; some places there were holes that needed to be repaired, plus the staircase had already been shellacked by my general contractor, and I needed ricardo to strip the shellac (i think it was done by hand) and restain it. They did a fine job sanding, staining, and polyurethaning with bona mega. In hindsight, I wish I had asked for bona HD traffic but I didn't know to ask. The good things that Ricardo did: -helped me pick out a stain that I to this day really love. -recommended bona water based, and bona floor care products. -kept in good communication before the job -showed up on time -did a good job with the floor repairs -"saved" my staircase; which my GC screwed up by shellacking without asking me about staining. Ricardo's crew sanded the shellac off by hand, and did a very nice job staining it to what I wanted. -got the job done quickly, 2 and 1/2 days. -gave me some good floor care advice what did not go well, and I wasn't happy with: -an innocent mistake, but his guys left two large bags of floor sawdust from sanding on my balcony. they forgot to clean it up after they were done, and I had to haul it myself. -Ricardo never gave me my final invoice and warranty info like he promised numerous times. After the 4th attempt I just gave up trying. -never followed up with me after I expressed concerns that maybe the floor wasn't as shiny (I asked for semi-gloss) as I thought semi gloss was supposed to be. many people that have come by say the floor's really satin, not semi gloss. to this day I can't really tell. the lack of follow up after the job was done, to this day, still annoys me. I think overall the floor was done well though, but after a year and a half of experiencing it; I've convinced myself that it is probably OK. -a little sloppy on some parts of the staining job. I saw various areas where stain got onto my wall or fairly high up on the baseboards. -would have been nice if Ricardo advised me to wipe down the walls afterward; i realized many months later that the walls had a thin layer of sanding dust. Didn't realize this for a while. Overall a good job, and I think I would hire him again, but with some hesitation."

"The boards on the porch of our house were rotting and needed to be
replaced, during the quoting process we decided on the materials to use we wanted Ipe boards (Expensive at $6.25 per linear foot ... but we felt well worth the price) Trust Builders LLC gave us the best quote of all received ranging between $13,000
to $22,000.  They came to our house after getting all of the necessary permits and arranging a trash skip.  Jim the foreman and master carpenter modeled supports for the roof that was sagging, removed the columns and boarding. 
The framing and footings under the porch were then inspected and found to be unsuitable for use.  Further funding was
required for the new footings and framing, these were added to the original quote of $13,000 and came to around $2000 (cost price for materials).
The porch was completed to spec and within budget within two weeks.
We are thrilled with the new porch and are probably going to hire Trust Builders LLC to build out our attic space."

"The job went very well and finished on time. Douglas and crew were very prompt and arrived at my home as stated. My small 4' X 4' bathroom upgrade included the following: 1. Demolition included removal of tiles from walls, toliet bowl, existing vanity, plumbing and wall paper 2 .Refinishing plaster walls 3. Installation of intricate cut marble floor tiles, with marble wall tiles and accent and marble bull nose finish. 4. Installation of new vanity, new medicine cabinet and glass shelves 5. Installation of new toilet and new faucet 6, installation of drop ceiling, painting and lighting 7, removal and disposal of all rubbish Douglas was very professional, considerate and responded to all of our concerns. Note: We had to pick up all material and some supervision was necessary. Make sure you cover floors and furniture before work begins. Overall, Great job performed by Home Pro. Looking forward to work with again"
