"The best service ever! I was so impressed with the competency, professionalism and customer service Service Star Air Conditioning & Heating Inc provided us! It is so refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares. Thank you, Service Star Air Conditioning & Heating Inc - we are your customers for life!"

"The technician spent time looking at everything on the air conditioner unit and kept finding things that weren’t working correctly or not working at all He said his goal was to get it running that day but gave prices on everything that needed repaired, but most needed replaced. He got pricing for a new unit and didn’t pressure me in any way whether to replace the parts or buy a new unit. It was clear I’d be money ahead in the long run to get a new unit so I decided which one I wanted and he set up for installation for the next business day!!"

"Very happy with the service and would recommend , had part available same day and David and Jose were very professional , if service is needed again , I will definitely be calling David at Sophisticated Cooling & Heating, Inc"

"The service I received today was outstanding. Gary called me back on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend and 4 hours later my air conditioning system was up and running . He treated me as if we knew each other for years. The best part is I called him from Connecticut I gave him my codes to to let himself into my home for the repairs I felt so comfortable with this perfect stranger but from now on Iâ  ll be using his service. In this crazy world there are still good people with dedication ð   Thank you Lisa"

"Great service, Aaron was terrific. The previous contractor said I needed an expensive repair, Aaron had my ac unit running within minutes. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend him"

"Company's technician, Chris, arrived promptly the following morning after service call was requested. He was polite, courteous and very thorough in determining the necessary repair. Made repair the following day after obtaining replacement refrigerant coil. Very pleased with repair and competency of technician. Technician did not try to sell us a new system, but replaced only what was needed to repair/restore the cooling system. Will use again."

"I initially called for a repair and Anthony came out evaluated our issues and provided honest feedback about cost and life expectancy of our unit. It was nine years old and had issues with draining as well as a busted compressor which shorted out the motor. He advised me that it could be repaired but would cost about half as much as a new unit. He priced out 4 different replacement units for me and explained the difference in power usage and efficiency of each one. He also provided financing information which we did not end up using but was available. We settled on our unit and 8am the next morning two installation techâ s were at my house with all equipment. The old unit was removed and new one in place in about 4 and 1/2 hours. By 1:30 the temperature had dropped from 96 degrees to 84 degrees. They demonstrated the different modes and options on my new thermostat and I could not be happier. All with a 12 year warranty on parts and labor!"

"Most companies waive the service fee when you elect to have the repairs done. I thought they should do that also. But the repairs were done expertly and efficiently."
