"I called Randy Lane Plumbing and explained that we had a leaky outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced and possibly the inside valve also. I explained that the inside valve was in a tight space above a built-in bookcase. We set a date and time for a plumber to replace the faucet. Al arrived at the scheduled time. It was a difficult job but he was able to remove a shelf in order to get to the pipe he had to replace. I thought the price was fair as it included the faucet and other parts and it involved additional labor to get to the inside water pipe. Al was professional and friendly and I was very satisfied with his work. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again."

"In both installations, the installation crew was very professional and thorough. They called ahead of their arrival to let us know they were on their way. The arrived on time, removed the old appliances and installed the new ones promptly and cleaned up any mess afterwards. They answered questions that I had and offered some suggestions regarding the appliance operations. 
The wall oven did not fit into the wood cabinet and they called a cabinet person to enlarge the opening to fit the oven. They rescheduled a time to meet the cabinet person and installed the oven when he was through enlarging the opening in the cabinet. The $80 was for the cabinet enlargement. The appliance installation was included in the purchase price from Best Buy.
They were polite, answered questions and cleaned up after installation.

"We were getting a new furnace installed by a different
company. The furnace installer brought in this company to do the full removal
of our old furnace and the asbestos.
The price in removal was included in with our install, so I
do not have an exact cost. Plus I don't think that really matters when you are
talking about your health and family?s health. The two men that came in to do
the job were friendly, quick and careful. They laid down fabric to protect our
floors and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly
recommend them to another homeowner.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."
