He came out a couple of times prior to the work and explained everything very thoroughly, and helped us understand why we had the cold spots we did. We were very impressed with his knowledge, and other companies we called either could not see us in a reasonable time frame or wouldn't service our area. He just did the work today, and we don't have drywall back up yet but we can already tell the difference. They were very punctual, and made sure the area was properly set up before doing the insulation, and then cleaned up when they were done.
