"Frank and his team of workers are a wonderful team. They installed our new heating and air conditioning units. We would recommed them over and over again. So thankful, to have found them!!!!"

"So I had called Mattioni and they sent out the sweetest, most energetic, smiley technician! Sam was absolutely darling and did his job efficiently and thoroughly. He was a giant teddy bear and extremely informative of everything he was doing. I urge everyone and anyone to give Mattioni Plumbing Heating & Cooling a call for the best customer service AND skilled technicians out there to get whatever you need done."

"Very professional and prompt service. They had been "nursing" my system for the last few years until it finally gave out. On thing to note ..... as time goes on, the cost of a new system gets more expensive. When they 1st work on my system, a new one was approximately 5K, then 4 years later, a comparable one was just over 7K. However, the system I had installed was eligible for a $400 rebate from PECO, so at least I recouped a little bit along with MUCH less expensive bills afterward. All in all, I would use them again for sure.

"The plumber was berybeasybto deal with and very experienced. He did a great job."

"

We found Frank on craigslist and I did a lot of homework before we decided on him. He promptly came out for an initial estimate.

He could have not have been any more understanding or nicer. He listen to what we needed and then gave me several different options.

No pressure sale B.S. He knows his stuff inside and out.

Gave a deposit and a week later the work was done. Everything looks great.

Only time will tell about the unit but Frank has made a customer for life.

I never write these reviews but felt that the negative review he already had did not warrant his

overall services.

"It was late afternoon on Friday, and a holiday weekend, when I noticed that my house was getting warmer. Two AC companies came up on Home Advisor. The first company sent an email with a calendar for a Monday appt. Right after I pushed the send button my phone was ringing. The second company, One Hour Heating and AC , was calling to setup an appointment for that day. Hunter showed up at 9pm(drove about an hour from York). He didn't have good news for us but he was very nice and explained the problem and our options thoroughly. Today, Saturday, Jerry came to explain our options for a new A/C. Hopefully we are getting a reasonable price and a good product. I guess time will tell but the people that I have talked to on the phone and the men who have come to my house have been very nice and professional to deal with. Our new A/C will be installed on Tuesday. Because we have to provide a star rating I'm only putting 3 out of 5 stars for value for money. I do not know how to rate this because the A/C hasn't even been installed yet. If we are happy with everything I will edit or update this rating at a later time."
