He immediately detected the issue which was the flame sensor, fixed it and viola...we had heat again in no time! We are planning on doing further work with this company as we need to have an additional return grille installed. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "Our HVAC stopped working on a very, very hot Saturday afternoon during 4th of July weekend.  Having 3 kids under 5 who were grouchy and moody due to the heat didn't help. I waited to call till Monday morning  because we had just had some freon put into the unit about a month and half prior by a much bigger company. They advised that if it quit again, the freon may have a leak($$$$$). This company charged $200.00 for a half hour and didn't have half the class of this gentleman. So 
I waited to call for help till Monday because I figured no one would come out on a holiday weekend. Boy was I wrong!
 
When I called, they man took my address, showed up at the home within 30 minutes and did an thorough diagnostic test. He found the problem and repaired it for only $220.00. Some kind of canister near the compressor was not working,  so his many years of experience allowed him to fix the problem quickly. We tipped him $15 for coming so soon, with a GREAT attitude/demeanor and FIXED the unit quickly!
