"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. The two workers showed up in a car with an industrial vacuum in the back.  They went into my attic and blew out all of the vents and did some mold remediation for $658.  It seemed a little pricey for about two hours worth of work from two individuals.  Overall, they were quick and did as they were supposed to, which I guess is all you could ask for.
