"Randy Williams was both very professional, very knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy. The install of the water filtration system was my first for my first home and he put my nerves at ease. If you have a question about what he is doing or about what equipment is being installed he will answer it. He went over everything he installed with me and made sure I understood what I needed to do on my part to maintain the filtration system. I highly recommend his company for any install or service you may need for your water."

"Walter aka Pete went above and beyond to fix and repair my HVAC system during this last cold weather we had. Excellent customer service"

"Excellent! They were very professional, polite and explained the repairs needed in detail. I've used them in the past several times, and fir much bigger projects, and they've always consistent exceptional in their customer service, responsiveness, technical expertise, professionalism, cost and overall business ethic. They are an absolute customer service focused company!"

"I chose Junior's Plumbing after talking or meeting with 6 other companies. They were very responsive, professional, and always followed up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. They came out to view the job and provide a quote, which helped ensure they would not try to increase the cost when the time came to perform the job. Other services just called in a quote. Most importantly, Junior's Plumbing did not try to "upsell" me on other services while inspecting my water heater. The other companies that did come on site to provide a quote, also suggested I replace other items. One company even told me I should probably also replace my sprinkler system plumbing...which I have absolutely no problems with?!?! In the end, their quote was on par with those that called in a quote, and much cheaper than the other companies that came out to inspect the job. I fully recommend them and will use them again!"

"It was an easy fix, so told us how to do it!! Had to replace the shower head and do some caulk repair.

"Response time was awesome as well as customer service. They scheduled our appt same day with a 2 hour window and arrived on time. I was trying to replace a bathroom faucet when I noticed that my shut off valves were not turning off the water completely. They confirmed that my 22 year old valves were not working properly and replaced them as well as changing out the faucet for me. The next day I noticed I had a slight leak under a sink in another bathroom. No amount of me making adjustments was working and I noticed that the valves in this bathroom were also not shutting off the water. I called them and they came out and changed out the valves and fixed my leak. I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided by ECR."

"The scheduling for the repair was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!! The technician Donnie was the best however. He really knew his trade and was kind, and very quick. He educated both my husband and myself about the problem and future trouble-shooting."
