"Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."

"Coen was responsive during storms and as thorough as any of the other vendors we've tried. The team was responsive to feedback and kept us safe through the worst winter. We needed to do some detail work ourselves to make sure vents were clear but Coen took care of the heavy lifting. It took awhile to lock in a final contract - Scott was very responsive in sending an initial draft but took some following up to get the clarifications we were looking for. Still, we decided to go with them because their rates were competitive, reasonable, and they made multiple trips to deal with build up in the event of larger storm.

"They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. As we did 3 different projects, each with their own contract, if we had not been happy with the first or second we obviously would have not continued to work with them. "Dean was very easy to work with, understood the work that was needed to be done, didn't try to up sell, came in with a very reasonable quote. We had 5 sliding glass doors installed which had a long lead time on getting made but he stayed in contact during that time. His crew showed up 7 am sharp, cleaned up after themselves leaving it better than what it was before at the end of the day. Everything came out looking great."

"Over Thanksgiving Saturday of 2013 one of our technicians stopped by my office to pick up equipment.  He called me to say that the picture window in the rear of the office had been smashed and the office was vandalized.  I called the police first and on my way to the office called Rich to ask for his help.  Rich showed up within the hour with plywood and hardware to secure the building.  I don't know what I would have done without his help.

2-3 days later he delivered and installed a new window.  He was careful and cautious when installing the new window so that no additional carpentry or painting was necessary.  He also cleaned up all glass and disposed of the old window.

I had to take pictures of the damage because Rich was able to fully repair it before the insurance adjuster could get there!  Also his repair was perfect to the point where without the pictures, the adjuster would not believe that it was not the original window.

I would not hesitate to recommend him.  He is reliable, does excellent work, and responds immediately.
