Two companies could help me that day, one company needed 4 days to come out. Of the two companies, both seemed reasonable but NW Bathworks was more professional. NW Bathworks was informative about my options, up front on pricing, and made reasonable promises for delivery, and then exceeded my expectations. They were quick, professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after they were done working. I went with the tankless option and their installation work was superb. (It’s actually impressive to look at.) I can’t rate/review the heater yet - it’s only been a few days of use. But all is good so far."
