"The technician arrived within a half hour of our initial call. Although he did not have the part on hand he made a quick trip to their service center and returned immediately with what he needed. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel it's also worth mentioning that the technician is also a combat veteran who served multiple tours overseas and is in the process of becoming a licensed plumber. I think it says a lot about a company who hires veterans. I'll never call anyone but Regional Plumbing and Heating for the types of services they provide."

"Craig did a great job determining the problem. He had everything he needed with him to complete the repair. He took the time to explain what was going to happen, went over costing and options before moving forward."

"Mr. Habhab was very professional and punctual with his services, also was very helpful with explaining maintenance procedures. Would recommend again."

"After getting several estimates Greg came in a lot under the the others. Not only in cost but in product quality. Others were between 8 to 10 thousand without the furnace and new coil and not as efficient of a A/C unit.
Without the run around and price haggling his first price and explanation of installation and Brands used, Greg was up-front from the start.
There were no extras that surprised you later.
They arrived on time, and have a friendly professional attitude Any questions that you ask were thoroughly explained.  Every employee was very courteous and friendly. The job when finished cleaned up, nothing for me to do.
Greg's explanations of the products he suggest using isn't for more profit in the pocket, but overall efficiency, your satisfaction.
So why was his price for all that work that much cheaper in price?
Because your not being gouged
.
Sure he probably could of charged 2-4 thousand more but he doesn't.
A Rheem Furnace with a 3-ton Rheem A/C unit and a 24,000 BTU Mini-split Heat/Air Heat Pump System, that works fantastic.
The company and employees, produce brand, Rheem, and cost of everything will keep Whitmer Services on  my  "first to call list".
Let me add this,
the other contractors
I notified that I was going with someone else.
Each one asked what price, each ones said they can beat that by a hundred dollars.
First none of the other contractors were going to replace the furnace also.
So let me ask you this;
why couldn't they give the better price in the first place and not a "I can beat that" thing?
Even if they did the exact same job with the exact units, I wouldn't use them because of the game they play.
That fat profit pocket game. If they are going to cut their profit that much (and they didn't want to) what kind of pride would they have in the work their going to do.
Whitmer Services = Best Price, Honesty & Professionalism.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Rick called me right back and said he could get me the brand I wanted the next day and install it in 2 days. They came out and we're very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and the price was competitive. Fantastic job!!!! I will recommend this company to all my family and friends!!!"

"It went well as it has for the last 10-12 years.
About 3 years ago they replaced my entire heating and cooling system, and did a great job.

"I woke up to a cold house. I called a local companyAddit. The owner Bill Sr immediately called his son Bill Jr to check out the problem. He arrived at my home and another HVAV person was there. He extended professional curtesy and waited until the other person left. I appreciated that. I thought my Heating system was gone and it being right after Christmas, this was bad timing. Bill Jr was able to repair it and buy us some time. I didn't think that was possible! My unit is over 30yrs old and my husband and I were holding our breath. We needed the extra time that Bill Jr was able to give us. He also sat down and explained new systems that would work for us when we are ready to purchase one. I will and would use this company again. They will repair first and sell second. Great family owned company!!! Valerie D"
