I had contacted at least 7 vendors, in which 3 responded; however, Washington Water Heaters was the only company that sent someone out that actually looked at and diagnosed my problem. A temporary fixed was completed on arrival and a follow-up a few days later with a new parts. I felt that the service and follow-up from the technician to the staff over the phone was superb!
