"My husband and I hired Drew to install bamboo flooring, wood stairs, and baseboards in our townhome in San Diego. Drew did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the final product. He clearly communicated with us when some aspects of the job ended up being more complex than initially expected. For example, our subfloor was extremely uneven and required a lot of work to level and it was also made of a material specific to townhomes, but Drew explained the situation and importance of prepping the floor appropriately, recommended a leveling product and executed the leveling very well. Additionally, the stair pieces that we ordered had a sheen that didn’t match the rest of the floor we ordered (note, we ordered the flooring on our own, not through Drew) so he sanded and recoated the stairs to match the rest of the flooring. Overall, I appreciated Drew’s attention to every detail of our project. He is precise, and even in closets and hidden areas his cuts were perfect. I would consider Drew a true craftsman and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again."

I called them to install sheet linoleum in a bathroom, and he showed me that wood-patterned vinyl boards are a much better product at no extra cost. The installation was done on schedule, in 4~5 hours, and it looks beautiful! They did all the cutting outdoors to keep our house free of dust, and cleaned up everything afterward. After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.

Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
