"The garage door spring broke on at 7:30 pm on Saturday 8/31/2019. Due to the Labor Day holiday weekend, service could not be obtained until 9/3/19 from any of the Angie's list recommendations. I left a message with all of the recommended companies on 8/31/19 and Town & Country had a message on their answering machine that they would call back on Sunday 9/1/19 after 9;00 am. On Sunday at about 9:45 am, Damion called back quote a price of $99 for install and a price of $149 for a pair of replacement springs. But, due to the holiday weekend the earliest they could do the work would be on Tuesday 9/2/19. He said Brian G. would arrive from 10-12 am. Damion was thorough, friendly, professional, and efficient. Brian G. arrived as expected and quickly and efficiently removed and replace the springs in about 30 minutes. Brian did an excellent job. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend Town & Country for garage door repair."

"We had a new garage door installed today by Josh Abt from Precision Garage Door. I was completely impressed with the job he and his helper did. They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. He and his helper were very polite, got right down to business and had the job completed in 2 to 3 hours. I cant say enough positive things about Precision Garage Door and their installers! Top notch job. If you want the best, go to the best! Precision Garage Door Service! I'd add a video of the new door if yelp allowed me to but I don't see where I can."

"Originally they quoted a much larger and more costly job that we wanted done including minor remodeling of 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately we sustained a couple of major problems with our well and our septic system which ate up a large portion of our budget  we had set aside for this remodeling. So now the job went from a $15,000 job to a $1500 job. Todd the owner was understanding and in order to make up for some of the work we asked if he could do the doors and electrical. He agreed. I was going to do the painting. I started to do the painting and had an accident with the ladder slipping out from under me when I was at the 12 foot level and sustained a injury. Thank goodness they were on site. One of the workers helped me get up and get the paint out of my eyes and off my face. While Todd cleaned the paint off of the tile before any damage could occur. In addition Todd arranged for a painter to come in the next day and paint out the kitchen for a very modest cost. 
T&M Tile is a small but very good company. As you can see from above they do what ever needs to be done when it need to be done.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality job done at a reasonable price by people that go the extra mile and really do care."

"My daughter knew of my terrible experience with my prior company and she had just gotten a new wireless system from 1st Security. He was on time, friendly, professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Jeremy scheduled the installation and sent me all of the paperwork via email to docusign. I could not wait! In a couple of days , Larry, the master technical installer appeared at my door very early. He greeted me with a smile and immediately showed me each piece of equipment ,and where he was going to install them. He did this very quickly, despite having to climb over furniture and enter tight spaces to place the contacts. I was astounded when after he finished, he sat down and gave me a full tutorial on using the system. He showed me all of it's capabilities, and answered my many questions . I could not believe how much easier and more up to date this security system was to use than my old one. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They are honest with no fine print that you have to worry about! I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Larry and sleep so much better because of them . Thank you 1st Security!!!"

"My home was broken into a few days before I was leaving town for business. The front doors could not be secured and are not of a standard size. Kenny did an excellent job of explaining options and worked with me to find a temporary solution that would allow me to leave and feel the house was secure. Custom front doors will be built and installed later. A security door was installed in the back and window bars were installed on the windows --- all of this work was done well and the installers were courteous, pleasant and timely. I will be using Protector Window & Door for the additional work that needs to be done.
NOTE: The N/A rating for price is because I do not have anything to compare to. The N/A rating for quality is because the materials used are mostly temporary --- they are certainly doing the job they are designed for.
