"I called back on Monday, Donnie came out that afternoon and the price was great, he was professional and pleasant. The installers came Tuesday. A friend was at the house as I had to work and he kept calling me with things to ask Donnie. Donnie never sounded irritated and always said you are the customer and we want you to be happy. The issue required the technician to come back after he left Tuesday and he was pleasant as well even though it was already late. This technician couldn't identify why the unit was registering the correct numbers (my friend identified this issue, I would never had know, they left and all seemed fine). The technician was coming back Wednesday morning ( I had to take a day off of work) but Donnie first had another technician come to the house that evening. They found the copper pipes or whatever goes under the house was the problem and they needed to install new pipes through the attic. They never showed any disrespect or tone that wasn't professional and made me feel like the customer did come first. It took a lot of time and someone else to keep pushing the issue (my friend did A/Cs in Texas so he knew things luckily). When they say it isn't really the A/C that fails it is the installation, this could have been one of those. Thanks Service Star for great service. Luckily it isn't hot out but I can't really test the system but we will!"

"Alex did an amazing job , fast , very nice and took care of the problem. He ordered the part and almost in a 24 hour period got it and fixed it."

"It ended up we needed a new thermostat. The tech could have very easily convinced us that the blower motor had failed and required more major service as he first suspected. This was the 2nd service call on this unit in 3 months with same symptoms. I'm certain the thermostat was the problem during that first service as well since the tenant stated the main cover of the thermostat had fallen off the day before and the service tech "tweaked" the connectors on the thermostat AFTER doing his $350 service job on the main unit. We appreciate the honesty and quality done by Speedy AC Service and will definitely give them a call when work is required on any of our other rental units."

"Punctual and professional, will call again for dryer or any other cleaning need."

"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen!  What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection.  Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data.  And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"Was called within 5 minutes. Was here within 40 minutes. Had the right board in his inventory to replace the bad board in my refrigerator. (The part was a bit expensive but would take that over replacing the whole frig anyday!) Outstanding customer service. I would use this company again anytime I have an appliance issue."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Aire Next to install a new AC unit in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, and I’m more than satisfied with the results. First and foremost, their responsiveness was truly outstanding. When I initially reached out for a quote and information, Jonathan was promptly to get back to me, addressing all of my questions and concerns. The installation itself was nothing short of excellent. Jonathan arrived on time, well-prepared and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the process. He took the time to ensure the AC unit was installed efficiently and effectively, and they left the house clean. Thank you for a job well done!"

"I have an annual contract with them for maintenance. They found my compressor was bad, I have two of them. I thought the price was high to replace it so I called around and they were $100 less."
