"I received same day service and was very surprised about that as the company is based in Seattle, WA and I live in Bremerton, WA (Kitsap County). "At every oil change they do a complete check of the vehicle and let me know about immediate and possible future issues with the vehicle. Unlike the oil change chain outlets their analysis is honest. They keep the whole place clean, the service bays included, At times when I have called or stopped in with immediate problem they either do the work at that time or find a time to work me in that or the next day.
My experience with them has been so good that my next car will be a Toyota so I can continue have them work on my cars. They also work on Volvo, BMW and Audi, but I don't want one of those.
Two things that would make it nicer.
1. Coffee for customers
2. Either a courtesy vehicle or ability to provide ride to and from when work to be performed will exceed couple of hours.
