In the mean time my electric bill was over $600 due to the fact that they ran the unit of backup electric. At this point I have not had any good experiences with any of the franchises. The tec's are very friendly and accommodating focus on selling other services but when it comes to problems they are not very well trained. I have tried the better business bureau, and started consultation with a lawyer, We will be going to the PA Consumer protection, Your assistance to the matter would be greatly appreciated. "

"They contacted me right away, set up an appointment, came and did a wonderful presentation that was on a Tuesday. I had other contractors in between. They already sent me their estimates. I waited till that Saturday. And I emailed him, that I wanted to get his estimate. Never received anything. The following Monday, I called his number. He never got back with me. I told him what I wanted. He never got back to me. On Tuesday, which would have been a week after he was here. I called H L Bowman, and spoke with somebody there. She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "

The work was done in 3 days and the final product not only runs well but looks good too. "I have had my system for over 2 years and my main biggest hearing unit has never worked correctly. Prime installed this unit and has tried to bandaid this for 2 years. A couple months ago I was told where prime installed the unit at was causing the problem and I could pay extra money to have it moved due to there installation error. I want happy about that and voiced that through a message. 2 months later and prime has yet to fix our even reach out about this issue. This is poor customer service and for a problem that has existed since install. I also pay for the monthly service and extended warranty, still no fix. "
