In the mean time my electric bill was over $600 due to the fact that they ran the unit of backup electric. At this point I have not had any good experiences with any of the franchises. The tec's are very friendly and accommodating focus on selling other services but when it comes to problems they are not very well trained. I have tried the better business bureau, and started consultation with a lawyer, We will be going to the PA Consumer protection, Your assistance to the matter would be greatly appreciated. "

"Shannon was courteous and answered questions instead of trying to play games. He did amazing work, we needed time to gather funds and he checked in to see if we needed to borrow space heaters. Once we called him to schedule he was out the first day I was available. The new install looks more streamlined and professional than the unit he replaced. "I got a good read from Bill right from the start. Knowledgeable, personable and fairly priced. Billâ s team installed a 5 zone mini split system in my new home. The work was done in 3 days and the final product not only runs well but looks good too. He was knowledgeable about AC and electric, educating my husband and I regarding the different systems available, cost and efficiency. He and his 2 guys arrived the following week on time and finished the job in less time than estimated. Will was skillful, clean, respectful and friendly. He was genuinely concerned with the quality of his work and assisted us in setting the smart thermostat and returned upon request at no extra charge to adjust the vents to balance the air flow in all the upstairs bedrooms. "Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
