"I needed repairs or replacement for a furnace at rental property. I submitted a request through Home Advisor, and within seconds I got a call from Frank. Frank visited the property the same day (10/16), and came back the next day to fixed the furnace. I spoke to the tenant, and she said she now has heat. Prior to contacting Old Skool I contacted a contractor who had done work on the furnace for the last several years.
