"I have used this company for the last few years. Their service has been exceptional. Always on time, helpful and professional. Their customer service has been superb. The last time I had my semi annual maintenance inspection, the technician told me he recommended I replace my ducts due to dirt and possible mold plus my return vents were too small. The cost to replace the ducts and expand the return vent $13,000. To replace the return vents and clean the ducts $9000. To just expand the return ducts $2000. I received the quotes in writing. Told him I wanted a second opinion. Turns out the return vents are the correct size and the ducts just needed cleaning. Cost $475. Technician came out, spent 10 hours cleaning and sanitizing the ducts. He showed me all the coils which were clean as was the air handler. It obviously left a bad impression on what previously had been a sterling experience. Bottom line be very diligent about people that try to sell you repairs that you may not need."

"I recently installed a Bose speaker system and the connections were a rats nest of wires and it needed to be balanced. Seth came and rewired the system and balanced the system, including the surround sound speakers in the ceiling. I had two extra Bose speakers that I wanted to use in my bedroom, so Seth brought a used Denon receiver and also provided a 15 foot HDMI cable that we needed for the set up. Seth is great to work with and he completed whole setup in the two hour time frame. I was so lucky to find him on the Angie's List.

"It went fine.  I had one situation where they put vent on the top of the roof but on backwards and they replaced it. Overall, they did a good job cleaning it but that was a little reckless, I thought, a little careless. They did a good job cleaning the lint out but the only problem I had was the way they put the vent back on. "

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

Price for repair was reasonable. I will definitely call on them the next time I need help with my heat pump."
