"The arrival time agreed on meant very little, and communication about arrival time changes was none.  The tech arrived at her house 30 min-an hour earlier than agreed on for a morning job.  She wasn't going to work anyway, so it turned out OK.  She was happy with the work they did for her.  I think they might have replaced some wheels on her door, but maybe just adjusted and oiled things.

"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."

He repaired damage that had occurred to the floor because of a leak, replaced the toilet, tiled the entire bathroom, painted and installed a glass shower door and a new lighting fixture. "Re-Bath removed the tub and tile along with molded backing.  They reworked the plumbing and leveled the floor for the shower base.  They replaced baseboards and drywall that had been damaged by water leak.  Also, brought a drawer for vanity where one did not exist.  It was measured incorrectly, so they had a new one made and installed it within the week.  They were neat, clean and professional each day they were here, not just waiting until the end to clean.

"This work went extremely well from start to finish.  I originally contracted with Blue Diamond to remodel the two bathrooms, but as time went on I kept adding new, smaller projects.  The work was almost always done correctly the first time, and when there was an occasional small correction to be made, it was done quickly and right.  The president of the company, Richard, was extremely helpful in the design of the bathroom remodeling--seemed to know exactly what I was hoping to achieve and exactly how to achieve it.   The project manager, Maxwell, was a delight to work with.  He was always pleasant, thorough, and professional, following up on every part of the projects and quickly answering all emails, texts, and phone calls.  In addition, the entire remodeling team was professional, polite, and courteous.  They completed the two bathrooms on schedule and worked on the other projects as their time was available.  The projects were also completed on budget and on time.
I had another Angie's List company remodel the master bath in my previous home in 2014, and their work was not nearly as reliable and they did not stay in touch nearly as well.  It was even difficult to know who the project manager actually was.  Since I had had the previous somewhat negative experience, I am delighted to find a company that is so professional and reliable.  My bathrooms are lovely and all of the other work done by Blue Diamond was of the highest quality--I would be happy to work with them again.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
