"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. It has been almost two months now since Henry and Matt installed our new HVAC system (they both were friendly and did an excellent job) and we are truly enjoying it. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."

They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.

"Joel and his assistant Terrence were very efficient and respectful professionals. We were informed about the entire procedure to clean our air ducts before they started and how long it would take. They arrived before our appointment time ready to work. It took them about 5 hours to complete the job and Joel was even kind enough to show some recorded footage of the before and after look in our vents. After completing this job, Joel came back to our house, replaced and re routed our dryer line to help us dry faster and safer. Before he fixed it, our dryer line was clogged, dented and about 25% efficient. Thanks to Joel, our dry time has increased dramatically. We would definitely use them again. Keystone Duct Cleaning is excellent!

"I called several different vendors to get pricing estimates on replacing my HVAC system.  I shopped for a high efficiency unit for the 2 stage variable heating unit and replacement of our 6 ton AC unit which was all rated at around 9 SEER from the 1990s.  Our air conditioning went out in early August and I didn't want to rush and sign up with the first. 
I first interviewed Horizon and they were the most expensive starting around $15K.  The guy was very nice and then asked what my price was to replace the entire unit. I felt that was unfair and told him I needed to interview several others before making a decision and I am glad I did that.  Green Electric was around $13K for a comparably same unit. Next was Climac for a Trane Unit and they were just under $10K. Christian Plumbing didnt seem that I needed the high efficiency and was going to do the regular for around $10.5K and no real written estimate as I had to take a picture of what he wrote down (dissappointing). Lastly was Omni Heating & Cooling, which I called on a whim since I wasn't sure if Climac was going to come out because of a scheduling issue.  Karis was great and walked thru all the options and prices.  I received a very nice Bryant system for a very reasonable cost.  My home cools very quickly again and I am very satisfied with the work they did. I did have to replace some sheetrock in the basement ceiling, but well worth the cost savings compated with the other vendors.

"Adding central air to an 18th century farmhouse with a separate attached apartment was a challenge. They did a great job, putting a high efficiency heat pump system upstairs , two minisplits downstairs, and two minisplits in the apartment (the latter was done a year after the initial job) The installation was done very well and all of the systems work great."
