" A+++ review !!!  It has been one of  the best experiences I have ever had!!! I left a message on a Saturday evening at 6 pm and received a call back a few minutes later.  Unbelievable!  Mary was so fantastic and coordinated everything and kept me informed  all the time.  Bob came out to show me samples and measure and he was very professional and very informative.  He also spent a lot of time with me.  I had one major issue and that is a floor to ceiling wall unit which takes up a whole wall and is not able to be unassembled. Bob said that was no problem that the installers could go under the posts or cut around them and it would not be noticeable.  That is precisely what happened!!! The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful.
