"Can't say enough great things about their professional response and quality of their work. We had no hot water and they knew exactly where to start the repair process. Bottom line, they came out on a Saturday and did not charge me OT.! Thank you OMNI Update: I had a steam generator put in my main bathroom. We were replacing a broken one and they came in and re-piped for the new one and reconnected it. It works amazing! I didn't even ask him to, but he also noticed the shower doors needed to be adjusted and did that. We had our heat pump stop working over the weekend and, after calling 3 other places, TMS was able to get a tech out to look at it the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the options on how to resolve it. They were able to get the part in and fix it within 2 days. I worked with Ashely over the phone and she was so helpful! She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. She would promptly return my calls and kept me updated on the process. Stanley, the technician that came out, was very professional.
