We have had a couple of Mechanical issues 1 with a broken part, and 1 with a failed switch. Both times the J & J teams showed up on time and resolved the issues as needed. I got 3 estimates and Quality Air was the best price price and was a 15.seer unit. Plus they cleaned my dryer vent and will again in 6 months when they come out to check the unit. It took them 2 days due to the difficulty of getting the old air handler out. The walls around the air handler were practically built around it. They were able to get the air handler out without any changes or damage to my walls. They were very courteous and respectful of my carpet and property. They kept me informed along the way during installation. I highly recommend Quality Air. They answered all of my questions before and after my installation and I had plenty."

"Had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that came out to fix my air unit. It was not actually the unit itself, but the ductwork that goes from one side of the house to the other was in terrible condition. Definitely needed repair. Holes in it big enough to put a clothes basket in it was no wonder that It was amazing. Their service is great so I would definitely recommend them to anybody that had air-conditioning problems or plumbing problems. He discovered a coil leak and discussed with me my options: to have the coil replaced or have the whole inside unit replaced.   Ronnie discussed with me my options on a new unit and explained the advantages/disadvantages of each.   After I decided to have a new unit installed, Ronnie was here the very next day to install the unit.  He took the time to explain exactly how the unit operates.  Ronnie and his team were very professional, courteous and prompt. We had several companies come out but chose this company due to their fair price, through inspection and professionalism. "I don't recall the price. It was likely for a whole electric inspection kind of thing or maybe to look at the actual system. Everything was good. I remember he was good. He had a lot of little suggestions that I didn't do for the little things. I didn't take any of that. He was very responsive. They called me a number of times before coming and the person was on time. He was good. I had a thing that we wanted to change. He tried quite a bit to do that, although it was not part of the description. He called other people and figured out it could not be done so he left it. The point was that he tried. He went out of the way to do that additional stuff, but he did not charge for that. He didn't do it actually, but he spent time trying to do it."

"I called Mike in the morning just hoping he would be able to come by and give me an estimate in a day or two. He said he would be working in my area and would call me that afternoon when he was clear. He called me back exactly when he said he would and arrived within 30 minutes. He gave me a quick estimate which was a fair price for the work to be done. It was late in the afternoon but he said he would do the job while he was there. He was very careful not to harm the siding on the house or my plants and flowers. He finished just before dark. It wasn't  until the next day that I could see what a good job he did. All the mold, mildew and dirt was gone and the house and decks looked great. I was very pleased with his work. Would definitely hire Mike again and would recommend him to my friends."
