An efficient, clean, courteous, and knowledgeable work crew removed my old furnace and AC condenser then installed a new Bosch gas furnace and heat pump combination with a new Honeywell thermostat and sensors, integrated the control and plumbing of my Aprilaire 600 humidifier. Electrician Installed a new exterior electric power outlet on siding of house next to new heat p***. All this work was done in less than 8 hrs."

"I don't even know where to start with how awful my experience was with this company--especially dealing with Dale. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other company. After the work was completed, I wasn't provided an invoice, yet I started receiving collection calls. When I called back to request the invoice, it was finally sent. I explained that the person responsible for payment was out of the country and that a check would be mailed as soon as they returned. That was acknowledged. A few days later, I received another call from Dale that crossed the line completely. He threatened by aunt to go into her house to take the furnace back and went on about how they couldn't pay their workers and that it would be my fault if their employees couldn't feed their families. That is not only wildly unprofessional--it's completely inappropriate and alarming behavior from any business. Little did he know that a check was already in the mail. "
